About
Mila Resources (LSE: MILA) is actively progressing the next phase of discovery in Queensland’s South-East goldfields, advancing assets with near-term exploration potential following a strategic acquisition of three large land packages from EMX Royalty. These drill-ready assets, situated in a productive mining region, offer immediate exploration upside, with the potential for significant resource expansion along strike and at depth.
In parallel, Mila’s Kathleen Valley asset in Western Australia remains a key pillar of the strategy, targeting both gold and lithium in one of the most active mining regions globally. The company’s approach—centred on aligning stakeholders, investors, and local communities—ensures that success is shared across all participants in the value chain.
With a leadership team committed to responsible resource development and technical excellence, Mila Resources is well-positioned to transform underappreciated discoveries into high-value assets, delivering long-term returns in a way that benefits all stakeholders.
The Portfolio
Mineral Potential
Queensland
Mila Resources’ Queensland portfolio includes a standout asset in the Yarrol Gold Target, a 20km geological feature situated in the heart of the South-East Goldfields of Queensland, neighbouring established producing assets.

The Yarrol target has been sporadically drill-tested, with a concentrated focus on the 2km stretch that forms part of a historic resource. Importantly, mineralization remains open along strike and down dip. Mila’s team is focused on identifying and understanding the controlling geological features, which will inform the expansion of known gold mineralization across the full length of the structure. The property is strategically well-positioned, benefiting from excellent infrastructure that will facilitate the efficient development of any discovery across the three large land packages. In addition to gold, the portfolio holds strong potential for copper and other base metals, with several high-potential targets identified for further exploration. Mila is uniquely positioned to unlock the value of this highly prospective and strategically located asset base.

Kathleen Valley
Mila Resources’ Kathleen Valley project stands at the intersection of two high-demand commodities: gold and lithium.
Situated in the heart of a proven gold-producing region in Western Australia, this project presents a unique opportunity to capitalize on both emerging and established resource markets. With a growing lithium discovery, we are positioned to leverage increasing demand for clean energy, alongside the robust growth in gold prices. The project is not only drill-ready but is already in collaboration with the Tjiwarl people, ensuring our commitment to sustainable and responsible development. Mila is focused on de-risking this asset, aiming to unlock substantial value for investors as we advance exploration and development efforts to grow both the gold and lithium resources.
