Corporate Strategy
Investment Proposition
A clear pathway from systematic exploration to a meaningful JORC resource.
Mila Resources listed on the Standard Segment of the Main Market is a mineral resource company growing and defining gold and copper-gold systems across Queensland, Australia, a tier-one mining jurisdiction with established infrastructure and a long history of successful mine development.
The Company’s portfolio combines near-term resource growth with district-scale exploration upside across highly prospective assets located within proven mining corridors. Current activity is centred on the Yarrol Gold Project, where an active resource-building programme is expanding and defining a coherent and growing mineralised system with a clear pathway toward a substantial JORC resource.
Alongside Yarrol, Mila is advancing additional shallow gold opportunities at Mt Steadman and district-scale Cu-Au porphyry targets at Monal, creating a pipeline of exploration and development catalysts across the wider portfolio.
Operating within a region surrounded by multi-million-ounce producers, Mila is applying modern geological modelling, geophysics, and systematic exploration techniques to historically producing yet underexplored systems with significant untapped upside.
Through disciplined and cost-effective exploration, the Company is focused on unlocking scalable mineral systems, and building mineral resources capable of supporting meaningful long-term development.
Long-Term Value
Creating Long-Term Asset Value
The Company’s objective is not simply to generate exploration results, but to systematically build attractive and scalable mining projects capable of supporting future development opportunities.
Mila’s exploration model focuses on:
- Expanding and validating historic mineralised footprints
- Applying modern exploration and resource definition techniques to underexplored systems
- Identifying coherent geological models capable of supporting resource growth
- Advancing projects through staged and disciplined technical programmes
- Extracting maximum value through self-driven project development during the early stages of growth
Strategy
Two complementary exploration portfolios targeting distinct gold and copper-gold value creation pathways.
Gold Strategy
Expanding the System. Defining Shallow Ounces.
Building and growing the Yarrol gold to a resource while expanding along the Yarrol Fault, a +20km corridor of mineralisation with significant upside.
- Active drilling at Yarrol has built on successes from Phase 1. High-grade mineralisation has been confirmed at depth, supporting the potential for scale and future resource growth.
- Systematic target generation underway at Mt Steadman surrounding a historic non-compliant resource base.
- Clear and achievable pathway toward delivery of a maiden JORC-compliant resource.
Porphyry Strategy
District-Scale Cu-Au Upside
Generating and advancing district-scale copper-gold porphyry targets supported by geochemistry and geophysics.
- Monal comprises three distinct Finger Porphyry-style Cu-Au target clusters, now progressing rapidly toward drill-ready status as target definition advances.
- Previous shallow drilling and historic non-compliant resource estimates confirm a highly fertile system, with wide mineralised intercepts consistent with a substantial porphyry footprint.
- Adjacent projects, including Cannindah and Red Mountain, are demonstrating active copper-gold porphyry discovery and expansion, highlighting the exceptional prospectivity of the broader regional corridor.
