Kathleen Valley
Gold & Lithium Exposure
Our objective is to advance near-surface gold targets while evaluating lithium potential across a strategic position within the Kathleen Valley pegmatite district.
Located within Western Australia’s tier-one Wiluna‑Norseman Belt, Kathleen Valley provides Mila with exposure to both gold and lithium within one of Australia’s most active mining regions. The project sits adjacent to Liontown Resources’ Kathleen Valley Lithium Mine, now one of the world’s largest hard rock lithium operations. Mila hold the rights to 80% of the Kathleen Valley project.
Mila’s exploration campaigns have returned encouraging high-grade gold intercepts while advancing geological understanding across the wider licence area. Structural geology work continues to refine near-surface gold targets, particularly across the northern portions of the project.
Alongside the gold opportunity, Mila holds strategic ground along the southern extent of the Kathleen Valley pegmatite field, where sampling has identified anomalous lithium and tantalum. The project benefits from increasing regional geological understanding driven by neighbouring producers and developers across the district.
